I’ve stayed at Roseate House New Delhi many times, perhaps 11-12 visits by now, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a fresh, youthful energy, thanks to its young and attentive staff who keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It’s always a pleasure returning here, and I look forward to my next stay!

翌朝のフライトに備えて、治安が良く空港から近いエアロシティの中で一番価格が安かった(と言っても2萬円超えですが、、)こちらに泊まりました。 部屋は広く綺麗で、アメニティがKAMAだったのが嬉しかったです。広めのバスタブ付きだった點も良かったです。 しかし、フロントスタッフは上から目線で感じが悪かったです。2人で滯在するのに、ルームキーを1枚しか渡されず、部屋から電話でもう1枚ルームキーが欲しいと依頼したら、電話を切られました。 チェックイン時、デポジットとしてクレジットカードからINR5000支払い、チェックアウト時に、返金した、と言われましたが、1週間経っても返金されず、メールで問い合わせたら、お詫びの言葉もなく24時間以內に返金確認できるはずだと返信が來ました。こちらから督促しなければ返金しないつもりだったのでしょうか？2度と泊まりたくないです。

Beautiful rooms. Service was amazing. Such well behaved staff. Their restaurant Kheer serves amazing food. The Dal Makhani was too good. The breakfast buffet was vast and really good. Would live to stay there again.

Roseate House is a beauty! We had stayed there for our anniversary and I cannot emphasise enough on how happy I am that we chose this. The location, design, amenities, service, everything is just perfect. The costs are high lol, not too easy on the pocket but I’ll give it a 10/10.
